How do I claim my listing?
Visit your profile page in the directory and click "Claim this Listing." You will verify your email and upload a document confirming your identity. Our team reviews claims within 1-2 business days.
Is my listing already on the site?
If you are a vascular specialist with an active NPI number, your listing is likely already in our directory. Search for your name in the directory to find it.
Can I cancel Premium at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your Premium benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
How do patient inquiries work?
Patients can submit inquiries through the contact form on your profile. You will receive an email notification with the patient details. Premium providers can also view all inquiries in their analytics dashboard.
Where does the provider data come from?
Initial provider data is sourced from the NPPES NPI Registry, a public database maintained by CMS. When you claim your listing, you can add and update your bio, office hours, insurance, and more.
