Vascular.com is a healthcare provider directory and educational resource that connects patients with vascular specialists. We provide:

  • A searchable directory of vascular healthcare providers sourced from the NPPES NPI Registry
  • Contact forms for patients to submit inquiries to listed providers
  • Educational content about vascular health conditions and treatments
  • Provider accounts for managing listing profiles and viewing analytics
  • Premium subscription features for enhanced listing visibility

2. Not Medical Advice

Vascular.com does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The educational content on this site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions or concerns. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

3. Provider Directory

Provider listings are initially populated from the publicly available NPPES NPI Registry maintained by CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services). While we strive to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. Providers who claim their listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any provider by Vascular.com.

4. Patient Inquiries

When you submit a patient inquiry through our contact forms, your information is transmitted to the relevant provider and our administrators. We are not responsible for the provider's response or lack thereof. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a patient-provider relationship.

5. Provider Accounts

Healthcare providers may claim their listing by verifying their identity. By creating an account, providers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information about their practice
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use of their account
  • Not misrepresent their qualifications, specialties, or credentials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fee
  • Automatic recurring billing until you cancel
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. You may manage or cancel your subscription from your provider dashboard at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the site
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam inquiries through contact forms
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on Vascular.com is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Provider-submitted content (bios, photos) remains the property of the respective provider, with a license granted to us to display it on the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vascular.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vascular.com and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
